The Fresh Cheese Company has been manufacturing predominantly Italian type cheese for over 20 years. The passionate and dedicated staff has always prided themselves on creating the highest quality product possible, using the finest ingredients and providing excellent, dependable service.

Recent additions to the Fresh Cheese Group, Montana Foods and Jaycroix Cheese have vastly increased the portfolio of products we now offer.

The Fresh Cheese Group produces a range of premium specialty cheeses, yoghurts, dips, pesto's, tepanade, antipasto products, stir-fry mixes and salsas under the following brands; Mamma Lucia Cheese, Puglia Cheese, Sudano Cheese, Jaycroix Cheese, Apollo Cheese, The Provincial Dairy, Chef's Delight, Royal Orient and La Cucinetta.

The Fresh Cheese Group's product range is also available custom packed and branded for domestic foodservice, retail and export markets.
